Our Operations Manager Joe Smith has been recognised for his remarkable 12-year journey in the industry. From starting as an Engineer’s Assistant to becoming Operations Manager, Joe’s time at deckpro has been marked by innovation, leadership, and a passion for mentoring future engineers. He’s even creating a bespoke training course to share his expertise and inspire others in the industry.
